Providing the highest standard of Residential, Respite and Early Dementia Care in Garforth

At Meadowbrook Manor we are equipped to deal with a complex range of care requirements to each individual resident, from Residential Care to Early Dementia Care.

We pride ourselves on providing a family environment where every person under our roof can feel safe, respected and cared for by qualified health care workers. How we do this is by allocating each resident with a member of care staff who will act as their “key worker”.

It is important that this is a good match, so if a resident wishes to change their key worker at a later date then this can easily be arranged. The aim of the key worker is to act as the focal point for both the resident and their relatives/visitors as we understand the need for reassurance when surrendering a loved one to our care. The key worker will strive to provide this reassurance by answering any questions you may have and by ensuring that their resident’s personal needs and requirements are met on a day to day basis whatever their care needs.
